Walter L. "Walt" Whayland

Walter L. "Walt" Whayland, 76, of Glenolden, PA passed away peacefully on November 5, 2023.

Walt was the son of the late Lee L. and Helen (Baker) Whayland and was born in Philadelphia, PA. He graduated from Olney High School.

He was a member Our Lady of Fatima Parish and Briarcliffe Athletic Association. He enjoyed spending time with his family and spending time in Wildwood 

Beloved husband of Doris M. (Dawson); Loving Father of Monica (Jim) Sullivan, Sean and Mark (Jenn) Whayland; Cherished Grandfather to Ryan, Kyle, Riley, Devon, Sean and Connor.  He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, many cousins and his brothers and sisters in law.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Saturday, Nov. 11, 2023 9:30am St. Kevin Church, 200 W. Sproul Rd. Springfield, PA 19064, and to his Funeral Mass, Saturday 10:30am in the Church. Int. SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
