Steven F. Curry

Steven F. Curry, 29 of Morton, PA passed away suddenly on October 14, 2021. Steven was born in Southwest Philadelphia, PA on May 14, 1992. Steven was the beloved son of Steven and Cheryl (nee Gorman) Curry; grandson of Marygrace Gorman (nee D’Alonzo), loving brother of Andrea (Matt) Palo; uncle to Aiden, Jocelyn and Vienna. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Steven is predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Mary (nee Duffy) and Andrew Curry, as well as his maternal grandfather, Francis Gorman.

Steven was an avid dog lover and football fan. He played for several years while attending elementary school at Our Lady of Fatima, in Secane, PA. In high school he played for Cardinal O’Hara in Springfield, PA.

Steven’s last selfless act in this life was being an organ donor. The Gift of Life Program was able to successfully match Steven’s organs to waiting recipients. Through Steven’s generosity, countless lives were saved.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing, Thursday October 21, 2021, 10am Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 2130 Franklin Ave. Morton, PA 19070, and to his Funeral Mass 12pm in the Church. Int. Private.
