Stella R. (DiGregorio) Medaglia, 96, of Wynnewood, PA and formerly of 49th Street as well as Southwest Philadelphia passed away peacefully on December 24, 2025.
Stella was the daughter of the late Bernard and Clementine (Pace) DiGregorio. Loving mother of Lori Medaglia Padovani, Steven and the late William Jr. Cherished grandmother of Steven Jr., Joseph and the late Michael. She is predeceased by her husband William (Willie); by her two brothers: John and Rev. Joseph DiGregorio (Major, US Army Chaplain Corps); and her two sisters: Lucy and Rita DiGregorio. Loving Aunt to many nieces and nephews.
She graduated from West Philadelphia Catholic High School and was an active member of the South Philadelphia Lioness Club. She took great pride throughout her career for McGee Insurance Company and the Municipal Court of Philadelphia - Family Division. Among her interests were travel, entertaining in her home, spending summers at the Jersey Shore, and visiting the casino.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing Tuesday, December 30, 2025 9:00am Presentation BVM Church, 204 Haverford Road, Wynnewood, PA 19096 and to her Funeral Mass 10:00am in the Church. Int. SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
