Stanley T. Kane

Stanley T. Kane, of Swarthmore, passed away peacefully on January 29, 2021 at the age of 68.

Stanley was the son of the late Mildred and Stanley Kane. Beloved husband of Marguerite “Margie” (nee Quin); Loving Father to Christine, Colleen, Maureen (Drew) and Sharon; Cherished Grandfather to Elizabeth, Violet and James. Stanley worked at the Acme for over 50 years and was a devoted member of the UFCW Local 1776 Union serving as a Shop Stewart.

Stanley enjoyed his many years at Acme alongside work family in the bakery department. He spent most of his time taking trips to the Jersey Shore, crabbing and watching Eagles, Phillies and Flyers games. Stanley loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.             

Memorial Services are private. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
