Shannon Rose Walton

Shannon Rose Walton, Age 28, of Glenolden, PA passed away peacefully on April 10, 2025.

Shannon was the cherished daughter of Sharon Carroll and was born at Fitzgerald Mercy Hospital in Darby, PA on July 14, 1996. She graduated from Academy Park High School.

Shannon treasured her family deeply and poured love into her friendships.  Art was where she expressed herself fully. She was a gifted Clarinetist whose love for music resonated in every note she played and her books were filled with beautiful drawings and spontaneous doodling.  Listening to music, baking brownies, rainy days, and adventures with friends brought her joy. Elephants captured her nurturing spirit and were a favorite, as they are fiercely protective of their offspring as she was with her family. She was a truly creative and giving soul, a unique bright light in this world.

She is also survived by her devoted brother, Shane Walton, her proud grandfather, Dennis Carroll, Sr., her Aunts and Uncle, many cousins and more.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation Wednesday, April 16, 2025 11:00am O’Leary Funeral Home, 640 E. Springfield Rd Springfield, PA 19064 and to her Funeral Service 12pm in the Funeral Home. Int. Private.
