Shannon C. (Knight) French

Shannon C. (Knight) French, 55, of Upper Darby, PA passed away peacefully on November 16, 2024.  

Shannon was the daughter of the late Jill Burke and Stewart Glass. She was raised by her loving Aunt and Uncle, Janice Narcise and the late Anthony Narcise. She was born in Charlotte, North Carolina. She graduated from Upper Darby high school. She enjoyed finding out how your day was or asking a question almost so trivial that you actually had to think about it. She often spoke about places she would love to visit. She like watching musical movies. She loved Olivia Newton John. Shannon definitely lived life her way. She loved animals and would rehome the strays in the neighborhood and loved taking care of them. Shannon loved occupying her time taking walks around town and going to church. She loved Jesus and has been called back home to finally meet him. Whenever you met Shannon, no matter what, she welcomed you and cared about you. She was a gentle soul who loved all people and animals.  

Loving Mother to Heather Bocook and Joshua Knight; Cherished Grandmother to Noah Bocook. Also survived by her siblings, Anthony Narcise (Laurie), Angelica Schivito, Nick Narcise (Theresa), Janice Cipolloni (Albert), Jennifer Burke, Justin Burke, Katerina Dmitrieva.  

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation Wednesday, November 20, 2024 6pm O’Leary Funeral Home, 640 E. Springfield Rd., Springfield, PA 19064 and to her Funeral Service Wednesday 7pm in the Funeral Home. Int. Private.
