Rose M. (Hart) George

Rose M. (Hart) George, 81, of Folcroft, PA passed away peacefully on May 9, 2023.

Rose was the daughter of the late Hugh and Ruby (Green) Hart and was born in Spokane, WA. She was a 1959 graduate of Spangle High School. Rose was a member of the Freedom Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren and she loved to garden. 

Beloved wife of the late Howard L. George; Loving Mother of Lynne M. (Jake Krug) McLaughlin, Charles Firlein and the late Steven George; Step-Mother of 5 step children; Cherished Grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Also survived by her siblings, Orville (Linda) Morgan, Charlie (Betty) Moore and Donna Styer.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation Saturday, June 10, 2023 10am O’Leary Funeral Home, 640 E. Springfield Rd., Springfield, PA 19064, and to her Funeral Service, 11am in the Funeral Home. Interment Private. Contributions to the American Heart Association or the American Lung Association.
