Rose Theresa Donahue, 105, of Ft. Worth, TX, passed away peacefully on November 17, 2021.
Rose was the daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine Christaldi and was born in Philadelphia, PA. She graduated from Sharon Hill High School and was the first woman in her family to earn a high school diploma. In 1996, she retired as head accountant and principle buyer for an exclusive women’s dress shop in Dallas, TX. She regularly attended St. Francis Village Chapel in Ft. Worth, Texas. Rose loved celebrating special events with her family, spoiling numerous pet dogs, competing on TV game shows and cheering for the Dallas Cowboys and Villanova Wildcats.
Beloved wife of the late Manus J. Donahue; Loving Mother of Manus J. Donahue II (Ruthann) and Patricia A. Donahue; Cherished Grandmother of Manus J. Donahue III (Paula) and Great Grandmother of Megan Elizabeth and Jacqueline Rose Donahue. Also survived by her brother, Robert S. Manna (Pat) and numerous nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by brother, Anthony Christaldi, and sisters Florence Raughley and Bernice deSantis.
Families are invited to her Memorial Service Thursday, December 9, 2021 11:00 AM O’Leary Funeral Home, 640 E. Springfield Road, Springfield, PA 19064. Followed by private interment at SS Peter and Paul Cemetery.
