Robert J. Wallauer, Sr.

Bob Wallauer, of Collingdale passed away July 3, 2021.  He was a 1962 graduate of Collingdale High School.  He had been employed by Sun Ship in Chester for 22 years and FedEx for 21 years.  He was an avid Philadelphia sports fan, especially football, and passionately passed on his love for the Eagles to his kids and grandkids.  He had a huge passion for coaching softball, first at St. Joseph's University followed by Archbishop Prendergast, Garnet Valley and Avon Grove High Schools.

Bob was the husband of Patricia A. (nee Quinn), son of the late Marian and Bud Wallauer.  Bob is survived by his brother Bill, sister "Sugar" and predeceased by his brother Bud.

Also survived by his beloved children; Denise Wallauer, Bobby Wallauer (Dale), Donna Jack (Chris) and Grandchildren; Brittany, Stephanie and Erica Bicchetti, and Allyson and Jake Wallauer.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing, Friday, July 9, 2021 9:00am, O'Leary Funeral Home 640 E. Springfield Road, Springfield, PA  19064 and to his Funeral Service 11am in the Funeral Home.  Int SS Peter & Paul Cemetery.
