Robert W. Vucelich, 78, of Springfield, PA passed away peacefully on February 13, 2026.
Robert “Will” Vucelich was the son of the late Nicholas and Marian Vucelich and lived in Springfield his whole life. He graduated from Springfield High School in 1965.
After graduation from high school he was drafted into the United States Army and served for 3 years. He was in Vietnam from October of 1967 to October of 1968.
After the army he worked several small jobs before working for MLE Schwinn Bicycles in Media where he was employed for over 30 years. He Married his wife Jane in 1985 and in 1990 they were blessed with their son Rob. Robert was a devoted husband and father, loved yearly vacations to the shore and trips to New England and Maine. In recent years they went on many cruises which they enjoyed.
Robert(Bob) was very handy. He built cabinets and closets , knocked out walls and loved keeping his home up to date. He also loved working in the yard keeping his lawn and flower beds beautiful. In the last five years his health began to fail and he could not keep up with the yard. His health began to slow him down in all his activities.
Beloved husband of Jane Vucelich; Loving Father to Robert J Vucelich; Also survived by his brother George Vucelich and his sisters Eileen Vucelich and Cathy Wilson. He is predeceased by his brother Nicholas Vucelich. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins and more.
Relatives and friends are invited to a celebration of his life at a time and place to be announced later.
