Richard W. "Rich" Daciw

Richard Daciw, 78, of Springfield, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2024. Rich was born in Landshut, Germany and was the son of the late, Maria Daciw. He graduated from St. Thomas More High School in Philadelphia and served in United States Navy and Vietnam. He was a parishioner of Holy Cross Church in Springfield, Pa and previously a member and coach at DeLaSalle Swim Club in Springfield. He enjoyed cooking, golfing and fishing, but most of all, retired life and time with his family.

Beloved husband of Winifred (Winnie) Daciw; Loving Father to Natalie Daciw Levandusky (Nick) and Erich Daciw (Kristen). Cherished Pop of 5, Gretchen (babycakes) and Gavin Levandusky and Kelsey, Peter, and Leah Daciw. He is predeceased by his brothers, Albert and Joseph Daciw who passed on before him. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation Thursday, Sept. 19, 2024 9am-11am, O’Leary Funeral Home, 640 E. Springfield Rd., Springfield, PA 19064. A Prayer Service will follow Visitation at 11am in the Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
