Regina (Webb) Frost

Regina (Webb) Frost, 105, of Wallingford, PA passed away on November 5, 2025.

Regina was the daughter of the late Joseph M. and Elizabeth (Blum) Webb and was born and raised in South Philadelphia, PA.

She was the beloved wife of Joseph J. Frost who passed away in 2024. They enjoyed 58 years of marriage, full of friends, family, travel and golf. She was a fine seamstress and crocheter who gifted many of her nieces with her handiwork.

She was an executive secretary for ARCO, in Philadelphia for over 40 years and retained her spelling and typing abilities until recently.

She is predeceased by her loving husband, Joseph J. Frost, sisters, Helen Brown, Marguerite Fratoni, Dorothy Kelley and brother Joseph (Buddy) Webb, Jr.

She will be deeply missed and forever lovingly remembered as “Aunt Jean” to her many nieces and nephews.

A devout Catholic, Regina lived her life in service of others, especially her mother who was paralyzed for many years.

With love and gratitude, we celebrate the beautiful life of Regina, a devoted daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation on Friday, November 21, 2025 10am at St. John Chrysostom Church, 617 S. Providence Rd., Wallingford, PA, 19086 and to her Funeral Mass at 11am in the Church. Interment at SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
