Patrick S. Monaghan, Jr., 13, of Folsom, PA passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on July 29, 2025.
Patrick was the son of Patrick and Rebecca (Schumm) Monaghan, Sr. and was born in Media, PA. He attended CADES in Swarthmore, PA.
He was a member of St. Madelines Parinh in Ridley Park, PA. He enjoyed spending time with his family and his nurse Sue and his many friends at school.
Beloved son of Patrick and Rebecca (Schumm) Monaghan, Sr.; Cherished brother of Liam. Also survived by his Oma Heidi Eifert, Grandmom Catherine Monaghan Mom Mom Karen Schumm. He is predeceased by his Pop Pop Karl Schumm, Grandpop Patrick Monaghan and Pap Pap Bill Eifert. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
