Nicolino Fiore, age 88, of Havertown, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2025 surrounded by his family. Nicolino was the son of the late Giovanna (nee Ciaranca) and Quirino Fiore. He was born in Vico, Italy and came to the United States with his mother and 2 of his brothers when he was 18. For over 30 years he worked in The City of Philadelphia at The Quartermaster in the Defense Personnel Support Center. And then happily Ushered all the home Phillies games for over 25 years. He loved working the games and greeting everyone with his genuine smile and helping hand.
Nicolino was the beloved husband of 54 years to Silvana (nee Maiorini) Fiore, loving father of Marco (Gail) Fiore and Diana Fiore, brother of Pasquale (the late Lois) Fiore and the late Evelina, Antonio, Guido, Clara and Adolf Fiore. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral on March 19, 2025, symbolically because this is Father's Day in Italy, viewing 9:30 am Annunciation BVM Church, 401 Brookline Blvd. Havertown, PA 19083 and to his Funeral Mass following at 11 am in the Church. Ent. SS. Peter & Paul Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to The Alzheimer's Association, 399 Market Street A#102, Philadelphia PA 19106.
