Nancy Carol (Crisostomo) DiEmedio

Nancy C. DiEmedio (Crisostomo), 71, of Upper Darby, formerly of Overbrook, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on April 6,2024.

Nancy was the daughter of the late Carmela (DiTrolio) and Charles V. Crisostomo. She was born in Wynnewood PA, and graduated from West Catholic High School, class of 1970. Nancy enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her 3 grandchildren and her beloved dog Toby. She enjoyed vacations in the Summer with her family, mostly in Sea Isle.

Beloved wife of 48 years to Anthony J. DiEmedio; Loving Mother to Jill Feeney (John) and Anthony Jr; Cherished Grammie to her 3 grandchildren, Payton, Avery, and Jackson. Also survived by her sister Linda DiTomo (Gus). She is predeceased by her sister Dolores Diamond and brother Charles Crisostomo. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins and close friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation Thursday, April 11, 2024 9:30am St. Francis of Assisi Church, 136 Saxer Ave., Springfield, PA 19064  and to her Funeral Mass 10:30am in the Church. Int. SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
