Michael B. McFadden

Michael B. McFadden, 71 of Springfield, PA passed away February 19, 2025 after a lengthy cancer illness.

Beloved husband of Marjorie “Marge” McFadden (nee Zeh). They have been together for 49 Years.

Son of the late Thomas & Agnes (nee Hoban) McFadden, Mike was born  in Phila, Pa in 1953.  He was a 1971 graduate  of Cardinal O’Hara High School in Springfield PA and a 1976 graduate of Villanova University with his Bachelors of Science in Chemistry.

He enjoyed summer gardening and was quite proud of his very large garden with the help of his favorite gardener, Marge.  His favorite hang out was the Stanley Kup in Springfield, which became the Delco Kup.  Mike also loved Septembers in Ocean City and Sea Isle, as well as fishing for A togue with his wife Marge by his side.

Mike is survived by his many nephews, nieces and cousins.  Surviving brothers and sisters are: Thomas A McFadden, ESQ (Janet), Kathy (McFadden) Donnelly (Tom Donnelly), Brian McFadden (Ellen), and Patricia Ann (McFadden) Gilroy, MD.

Family and friends are invited to Celebrate the Life of Michael, Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 9:30AM at St Mary Magdalen Church, 2400 N Providence Rd., Media, PA 19063 and to his Funeral Mass at 10:30AM in the Church. Int: Private.
