Medio "Cappy" P. Capriotti

Medio P. Capriotti ‘Cappy’, 99, of Broomall, PA passed away on September 21, 2021.

Cappy was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Amedio and Virginia (Dela) Capriotti. He enlisted in the Air Force at the age of 18, and served in WWII in China, Burma and India. In 1947, Cappy started in the shoe repair business with his brother, Frank. His son Anthony later joined the business along side of him and for over 60 years they owned and operated Cappy Shoe Repair of Broomall.  Cappy worked until he was 90 years old.  Through all of this his greatest treasures were his wife Dorothy and his family.

Beloved husband of the late Dorothy (nee Perugini); loving father of Ginger Capriotti- Baccare (Richard), Anthony (Kathleen) and Steven (Tracey). Cherished grandchildren April, Christopher, Mark, Pasquale, Michael, Julia, Nicholas and Stephen, and great grand-children Bria Rose, Daniel Roland, Cooper and Luca.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Monday, September 27, 2021 9:30am St. Pius X Church, 220 Lawrence Rd. Broomall, PA 19008 and to his Funeral Mass 11am in the Church. Int. SS Peter and Paul Cemetery.
