Matthew G. "Cadillac" Terlingo

December 22, 1977 ~ April 23, 2023 (age 45) 45 Years Old

Obituary

Matthew Gerald Terlingo (Cadillac) 45, of Parkesburg, Pennsylvania passed away Sunday, April 23, 2023. He was born December 22, 1977 in Walnut Creek, California.

He is survived by his beloved son, Jackson Matthew Terlingo, whom he shared with Rhianna DiStefano; his father, Gerald Terlingo; his siblings, Andrew Terlingo (Ashley) and Corinne Mobile (Patrick); his nephews, Matteo and Luca Mobile and Jensen Terlingo, and his nieces, Giana Mobile and Saylor, Piper, and Brynn Terlingo. He also leaves behind his partner, Brooke Smith and her son Wylder. He is predeceased by his dear mother, Judy Terlingo.

Matt was a skilled carpenter, and owner of Cadillac Contracting, and more recently All Trades Construction Inc. with his best friend and business partner, Tim Brown. Matt was a devoted father to Jackson, who was his whole heart. Caddy was clean and sober 11 years, and helping others to find and maintain their own sobriety was a calling he took very seriously. “Acts of service” was his higher power and what gave him his strength and his energy. He was killed in a tragic accident, helping strangers who had run out of gas on the side of the road. This was the sort of thing he did often and without hesitation, just one example of his generous heart. Matt will be missed greatly by so many that loved him, there was truly no one like him in the world.
