Mary Diane (Negro) Brown

Mary Diane (Negro) Brown, 72, of West Chester, PA passed away peacefully on November 13, 2024. All family and friends called her “Sis”. 

Mary was the daughter of the late Frank & Thomasina (Cuzzocrea) Negro and was born in Philadelphia, PA. She graduated from Cardinal O’Hara High School and attended Villanova University. She grew up in Springfield and was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish. Thereafter, during married life, she was a parishioner at Maximillian Kolby in West Chester, PA. 

She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, gardening and loved her dogs and cats. On a daily basis, she fed her birds and squirrels. She will be missed. 

Beloved wife of Joseph Brown; Loving Mother of Diane and Joseph (Sarah) Brown; Cherished Grandmother to 8 Grandchildren and soon to be 1 great granddaughter.. Also survived by her siblings, George Negro, Margaret (John) Brunke, and Frances (Marty) Hackett. 

Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing, Tuesday, November 19, 2024 9:30am St. Francis of Assisi Church, 136 Saxer Ave. Springfield, PA 19064 and to her Funeral Mass 10:30am in the Church. Int. SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
