Marie J. (Corvino) Zane, 88, of Secane, PA passed away peacefully on February 23, 2026.
Marie was the daughter of the late Joseph and Stella (Wisnieski) Corvino and Sister of the late Josephine (Corvino) Ciarrocchi. Born in Philadelphia, PA and a proud graduate of Hallahan Catholic Girls School.
She lived a life of simple pleasures, like a cup of coffee and a chat with her children and grandchildren. These moments, filled with conversation, laughter and togetherness were what she treasured most. She found happiness in her favorite pastimes – like playing bingo and trying her luck with lottery tickets. While her life was quiet and uncomplicated, her presence was familiar and constant to those who knew her. The memories shared around kitchen tables, car rides, visits, and everyday conversations will remain part of her family’s story.
Beloved wife of the late Philip R. Zane; Loving Mother to DawnMarie Gryn, Michele Cunnane and her husband Mike Cunnane, Sallyann Zane, and Philip Zane, Jr; Cherished Grandmother to Joseph Pantalone, Tiffany Sanchez (Jaime), Mia Zane, Ramona Zane, Anthony Gryn, Deanna Gryn, Danielle Cunnane (Michael) and Stephen Cunnane (Katie); Great grandmother of Roman and Jamie Jr. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her sister Josephine (Corvino) Ciarrocchi.
Her family finds comfort in knowing she is at rest and will carry forward the memories of time spent together – the small moments that meant everything.
