Marie R. (Amato) DiPasquale

Marie Rita DiPasquale, 95, of Drexel Hill, PA, passed away October 10, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Anna (nee Kachnycz) Amato and was born in Philadelphia; PA. Marie was a faithful parishioner of St Charles Borromeo Catholic Church almost never missing a Saturday mass with her sisters. She loved working at Pediatric Medical until her retirement at 82 and adored her co-workers. 

Marie was the matriarch of the family, a pillar of support and guiding light for her cherished family. She loved cooking Sunday and holiday dinners and spending time with loved ones. Marie enjoyed trips to the casinos, playing penny slots and eating good at the buffets. Marie was a devoted Phillies fan, watching with her beloved cats, Bella and Forte.

Marie was predeceased by her husband, Rocco DiPasquale, her brother Daniel (Lil) Amato, sisters Anna (Pep) Pescatore and Frances (Toby) George. Survivors: Beloved mother of Rocco (Mary) DiPasquale, Janet (Nicolas) Romani, Grandmother of Rocco and Tony DiPasquale and Eileen (Michael) D'Avvocato, and Great grandmother of Nadia, Luciano DiPasquale & Michael D'Avvocato. She will be deeply missed by family and friends.

Springfield PA 19064 and Thursday morning 10:00am St. Charles Borromeo Church, 3422 Dennison Ave. Drexel Hill PA 19026. Funeral Mass 11am in the Church. Int. SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery
