Margaret "Peggy" (Beattie) Arbter, 67 of Clifton Heights, PA passed away on October 14, 2020. She was the daughter of the late John J. and Margaret (Devlin) Beattie. She was a Registered Nurse for many years. She is predeceased by her brothers the late Joseph, John and Thomas Beattie.
