Madeline C. (Richkofsky) Parker, 86, of Jim Thorpe, PA, passed away peacefully on September 24, 2025.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Mary Bonaduce and Albert Richkofsky.
Madeline was a proud employee of Hoover, where she worked for many years. She was deeply devoted to her family and found the greatest joy in caring for them. She loved cooking large meals for family gatherings, watching her favorite game shows, and spending time at the casino. One of her fondest pastimes was enjoying Scrabble marathons with her late husband, Robert, who was the love of her life.
She was the beloved wife of the late Robert Gibson Parker. A devoted mother, she is survived by her son, Robert G. Parker Jr., husband of the late Mary Dawn Parker, and her daughter, Linda Maurer, wife of William Joseph Maurer. She was a cherished grandmother to David Stewart, Mary Neff, Kristina Heaney, William B. Maurer, Anna Hill, and Robert G. Parker III. Madeline is also survived by her many beloved great-grandchildren and her treasured pets.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Viewing on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM at O’Leary Funeral Home, 640 E. Springfield Rd, Springfield, PA 19064, followed by her Funeral Service at 11:00 AM in the Funeral Home. Interment will follow at SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
