Linda (Savinese) Finan, 70, of Aston, PA, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
She was the daughter of the late Julius and Marie (McDevitt) Savinese and the beloved wife of Geno Finan Sr., with whom she shared 51 wonderful years of marriage.
Raised in Woodlyn, PA, Linda graduated from Notre Dame High School in Moylan. She was a devoted member of Saint Joseph’s Parish in Aston and an active participant in the Women’s Republican Club for many years.
Linda was the proud owner and operator of her cherished family business, Brandywine Signs, for over 25 years. Her happiest moments were spent in “Merryland”, surrounded by family, friends, and anyone who happened to stop by. She was a devoted Phillies fan, and loved attending Opening Day games. Linda found joy in singing, dancing in the kitchen, and making new friends wherever she went.
Linda’s proudest accomplishment was the family she and her husband built. She poured her heart into raising her children, shaping them into the kind, resilient, and loving people that they are today. To her, they were the greatest gift life had to offer, and she carried that love with her every day.
Loving mother of Geno Jr. (Susan), Sean (Megan), Josh (Kristy), Julie Osborn (Andrew), and Megan Four (Andrew). Cherished grandmother of 16 grand children; Samantha, Connor, Ella, Brenna, Kelly, Kenley, Liam, Delaney, Amber, Emily, Allie, Addison, Andrew, Benjamin, Grace, and Jack. She is also survived by her sister, Michele Juisti (Steve), as well as her beloved dog, Tugger, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was predeceased by her sister, Sharon Savinese, and countless dear friends and family members. She leaves behind a legacy of love, wisdom, and countless cherished memories.
