Kathleen M. (Scheetz) DelGiorno

Kathleen M. (Scheetz) DelGiorno, 82 of Media, PA formerly of Aldan, PA passed away peacefully with her son by her side on June 23, 2026.

Kathleen was the daughter of the late Walter and Catherine Scheetz and was born in Southwest Philadelphia. She graduated from West Catholic High School in 1962.

She worked as a Realtor for many years and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance. After 54 years in Aldan, she moved to Granite Farms Estates in Media, PA.

Our Beauty Queen, with the smile that lit up every where, enjoyed hiking at Ridley State Park, dance and exercise classes, time down the Shore, traveling the world and always enjoyed time with family and friends. 

She was a very proud and independent woman who was always living life to the fullest.

Loving and supportive mother to Danielle (Michael ) Clark and Dominic (Tracie) DelGiorno. Cherished grandmother to Allison, Brendan and Emily Clark and Gina and Julia DelGiorno. She is also survived by her siblings; Francis Scheetz and Walter Scheetz and many nieces, nephews, family and friends. 

She is pre-deceased by former spouse; Dominic DelGiorno, her parents; Walter and Catherine Scheetz, sister; Maria Rowan and other family members, all who she loved.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation Tuesday, June 30, 2026 8:30am St. Dorothy Church, 4910 Township Line Rd. Drexel Hill, PA 19026 and to her Funeral Mass 10:00am in the Church. Int. Holy Cross Cemetery.
