Josephine A. (Elia) Rossi, 98, of Philadelphia PA passed away on December 30, 2025.
Josephine was the daughter of the late Vincent and Jennie (Maniscalco) Elia and was born in Philadelphia, PA.
She was a member of Holy Spirit Parish in South Philadelphia. She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking and her beloved Philadelphia Phillies.
Beloved wife of the late Nicholas Rossi Loving Mother to Veronica Indictor (Marc) Annette Baiada (Anthony) Cherished Grandmother to Matthew (Rachel) Lisa (Jason) Salvatore (Michele) and Chad. Great Grandmother to Nicolo, Luna, Aurora, Lorenzo, Hailee, Alana, Salvatore Jr., Rosalie, and Angelo . She is predeceased by her siblings Rosalie, Arthur, Sammy and Lucille. She is survived by many nephews, nieces, and extended family.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 9:30 am at St. Kevin Church, 200 W. Sproul Rd., Springfield, PA 19064 and to her Funeral Mass at 10:30 am in the Church. Int. Holy Cross Cemetery.
