John M. Vink

John (Jake) Martin Vink, 82, of Drexel Hill passed away peacefully on January 2, 2021.

Jake was the son of the late John and Catherine Vink of Philadelphia.  He graduated from St. Thomas More High School.  He worked for the Pennsylvania Railroad for more than 35 years. 

He enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family and also was a longtime member of The Masons. 

Beloved husband of Sally (Margaret Kealey) Vink: Loving father to Steven, Joyce and John Vink. Stepfather to Frank Genco and Colleen (Genco) Salomone.  Grandfather to Savannah and Samantha Vink, Michael and Matthew Driadon, Yvonne, Kim, John and Michael Vink. Michael, Teresa and Christina Salomone.  He is also survived my many nephews, nieces, cousins. 

He is predeceased by his parents, John and Catherine, his brothers, William, Charles and Joseph Vink and son-in-law, James Driadon. 

Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass Monday January 25th, 2021 10:00AM at St. Philomena’s Catholic Church 41E. Baltimore Ave. Lansdowne, PA 19050. Interment Private.
