John “Jack” Molony, 66, of Maple Shade, New Jersey, passed away suddenly on December 31, 2024.
Born on November 9, 1958, in Darby, Pennsylvania, Jack was the son of the late Norman and Mary (Quin) Molony. He was a proud graduate of West Catholic High School, class of 1976, and spent his career working with AFR Furniture Rental, where he dedicated many years of service.
Jack was a passionate and lifelong Philadelphia Eagles fan, and his love for the team was matched only by his enthusiasm for Classic Rock music. He cherished spending summers with his family in North Wildwood, creating memories that will be treasured forever.
Above all, Jack was a devoted father to Christine (Kyle), Jennifer, and Lauren Molony, and a beloved grandfather to Kailey, Hunter, Connor, Lily, Dominic, Julia, and Olivia. He is also survived by his siblings, Thomas Molony, Margaret Orr, Joan Paulukas, and Maryellen Donahue, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will miss his warmth, humor, and presence.
Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects during a Viewing on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at O'Leary Funeral Home, 640 E. Springfield Rd., Springfield, PA 19064. A Funeral Service will follow at 7:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Jack's memory to a charity of your choice.
