John M. Bean

John M. Bean, a life-long resident of Springfield, PA passed away on September 26, 2021 at the age of 73. John was a graduate of Springfield High School where he played football, wrestling, and baseball. He was a graduate of Lehigh University, where he was a member of the football team. John spent many years coaching the youth of Springfield. He was also an avid Phillies fan.

John is survived by his high school sweetheart, Carolyn; sons, Brian (Tamara) and Michael (Kristie); grandchildren, Reese, Sara, Matthew, and Gabriella, who were the loves of his life. Also, survived by his brother, David (Liz), sister-in-law, Deanna Ciarrocchi (Ray), brother-in-law, Joseph (Denise) and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents, David and Frances Bean.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation Friday, October 1, 2021 9:00am First Presbyterian Church 356 Summit Road, Springfield, PA 19064 and to his Funeral Service 10am in the Church. Int. private.
