Jeanne M. Doyle

Jeanne McPoyle Doyle, the daughter of the late John and Marie McPoyle, was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on September 5th, 1935. She passed away peacefully at her home on December 30th, 2024 at the age of 89. 

Beloved wife of 64 years to Lawrence Doyle; loving mother of Jeannie (Michael) O’Neill, Nancy Doyle (Chris Beggy), Carolyn (Jon) Bjornson, Marie (Bob) Torkelson, and Lawrence Jr. (Liz) Doyle; cherished grandmother of Jeannie, Jacqueline, Michael, Lauren, Ryan, Luke, Richard, Maya, Jon, Sonja, Claudia, Ret, Lily, Trey, Patrick, Quinn and great-grandmother of Brooks, Beau, Jack and Wesley.  She is also survived by many loving and wonderful nephews and nieces.  Jeanne is predeceased by her sister, Marie McPoyle Barr.  

Jeanne graduated from Saint Hubert Catholic High School for Girls in 1953 with honors and went on to work where she retired as a legal secretary for federal judges. Her life was ultimately defined by her deep faith and love of family and friends.  

Jeanne's greatest source of joy was her beloved family.  She was a constant presence at her children’s and grandchildren’s activities and events.  Jeanne will be remembered by her faith, love of her husband, family and friends, her positive energy and magnificent smile that brightened the lives of those she encountered.  

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation at 9:00 AM and Mass at 10:30 AM on Monday, January 6th at Church of Saint Matthew, 219 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428.
