Harry L. McGuigan, Jr., 66, of Folcroft, PA passed away peacefully on August 2, 2025.
Harry was the son of the late Harry L. and Mary E. (Kelly) McGuigan, Sr. and was born in Darby, PA. He attended Folcroft Vo-Tech and graduated from Sharon Hill High School.
A lifelong member of St. Gabriel Parish in Norwood, he was deeply involved with the Knights of Columbus.
Harry began his career with The Philadelphia Marriott and later spent over 20 years with The Philadelphia Inquirer. He was well known for his dedication to his community, generously volunteering his time with the local youth clubs, the Boy Scouts, and local council.
Spending time with his grandchildren was his greatest joy. He could always be found on the sidelines and never missed a game day. Before cheering on his grandkids, Harry served for many years as president of the Folcroft Boys Club. He loved volunteering in the community and could often be found at Montgomery Park. Harry had a passion for coaching baseball, and he was proud to have coached not only his sons but all of his nephews as well. He had a love of fishing and as a diehard Eagles fan, nothing made him happier than talking Philly sports.

Also survived by his sister and best friend, Florence Mack. He is predeceased by his sister Marie Laber, nephew Martin Mack, and Parents Harry and Mary. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins and more.
