Eileen M. (Jackson) Ferguson

Eileen Marie (Jackson) Ferguson, age 91, peacefully passed away on April 17, 2024. Eileen formerly of Springfield, has resided at Maris Grove in Glen Mills for the last 16 years.

Eileen was the daughter of the late Frank and Marie (Cunius) Jackson and was born in Philadelphia, PA. 

She graduated from West Catholic High School and was a long time member of Holy Cross Parish in Springfield, PA.

Beloved wife of the late John A Ferguson (Fergie); Loving Mother of Jean (Michael) Ninni and John (Maria) Ferguson; Loving Nana of Kelly (Mot) Christiansen, Edward (Lora) Elfreth, Brooke Ferguson and John Ferguson; Great-Nana of Michael and Maxine Christiansen and Beckman Elfreth and Blake Elfreth; Sister-in-law of Christine Jackson. Eileen was predeceased by her sister Helen (Frank) Donovan, and brother Francis (Sonny) Jackson. Eileen was also survived by several nieces and nephews. Eileen enjoyed many hobbies including square dancing, quilting, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. In her later years at Maris Grove Eileen was a very active resident; playing cards, learning new games, participating in various clubs and meeting new friends. 

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation Thursday, April 25, 2024 10am, O’Leary Funeral Home, 640 E. Springfield Rd., Springfield, PA 19064, and to her Funeral Service, Thursday 11am In the Funeral Home. Int. SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the J Foundation, P.O. Box 141, Thornton, PA 19373.
