Edward T. Adams, Jr., 80, of Drexel Hill, PA passed away peacefully on June 19, 2024.
Ed was the son of the late Edward and Marie (Hall) Adams and was born in S. Philly. He graduated from South Philly High School and Cheney University. He enjoyed teaching, longtime teacher at Cardinal O’Hara where his warm presence and smile and famous quote to all his students “A for the day,” will always be remembered. He loved chess, basketball, football, track and field, music and spending time with loved ones.
Beloved husband of Debra (Sheard) Adams; Loving Father of Toia and Jessica; Cherished Grandfather of Nasir, Ronan, and Harper. Also survived by his sisters Joyce and Carol and nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Wednesday June 26, 2024 12pm, O’Leary Funeral Home, 640 E. Springfield Rd., Springfield, PA 19064 and to his Funeral Service, 1:30pm In the Funeral Home. Int. Arlington Cemetery.
