Christopher Gregory Pearse, 39, of Lancaster, Pennsylvania left this world far too soon on November 1, 2023.
He was born March 3, 1984 in Darby, Pennsylvania at Fitzgerald Mercy Hospital.
Chris was one of the most outgoing, and friendly people you could hope to meet. He made friends everywhere he went. Charisma doesn’t begin to capture his personality.
He knew how to work a room and he spun his outgoing personality and boundless energy into a successful full-fledged career. He was Director of Client Relations for the company Corridor Group. If anybody was born to this job it was Chris. He was a natural salesman.
Chris loved to travel and he adored people. He especially liked visiting his sister Gloria in Maine because she lived so differently than him. They liked to joke about making a reality TV show of them swapping lives. Chris was instrumental in building a yurt for Gloria to live in. He showed up and worked tirelessly.
He loved to be goofy with his brother Drew and his nephew Ayden. They would be content to play video games and laugh for hours. When Chris was 3 and Drew was born, he got his immediate lifelong buddy. He didn’t want to leave him alone. They continued this friendship playing sports as teens and going to concerts as adults.
Chris was sincere and if you were loved by him you felt it deeply. He made any situation fun. He was always upbeat and lighthearted. If you were feeling down he made sure you weren’t for long.
Chris’ love for the band Queens of the Stone Age was unheralded. He saw the band at least a dozen times in almost as many cities. If he saw you wearing a QOTSA shirt, a new friend was made instantly.
As a child, Chris was the neighborhood organizer of large games of capture the flag and jailbreak. Everyone was included without exception. Chris loved sports, mostly so he could be with people. He made a game out of everything. If you knew Chris, you knew he was a fierce competitor and not to be trifled with. If you played against Chris and won, you probably couldn’t stop playing until he won.
Christopher will be deeply missed and is survived by his parents Chris and Margie Pearse of Morton, PA, his brother Drew and nephew Ayden of Springfield, PA, and his sister Gloria of Searsport, Maine. Along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends who loved him and will miss him.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation Thursday, November 9, 2023 9:30AM Aldan Union Church 7 E. Providence Road, Aldan, PA 19018 and to his Funeral Service 11:00AM in the Church. Int. Private.
