Charles F. “Charlie” Pearson, Jr.

Charles F. "Charlie" Pearson Jr. 79, of Springfield, PA passed away November 9, 2021. Charlie was born in Norfolk, VA to the late Charles F. and Dorothy (nee Schrank) Pearson. Raised in Upper Darby, PA, he graduated from Upper Darby High School in 1961. He received an Associate in Business Degree from Wharton.

The man. The myth. The legend. Loved and respected by anyone that had the privilege of meeting him, he treated everyone like family. He was a wise man who was always prepared for anything. His mission was to selflessly put others first before himself especially his wife and family. He led operations at GE for 31 years until he took to his passion for painting & wallpapering from a part-time job to a full-time career.

Beloved husband of Kathleen F. (nee Rosica) Pearson; Proud Father of Christine (Michael) Breslin, Cynthia (Thomas) Carroll, Cheri (Gavin) Tkacz, Caryn (Clinton) Walters, Charles F. (Gabriela) Pearson III, Constance (Douglas) Bernard & Cherished “Poppy” of 19 grandchildren, Victoria (Kevin), Alexander, Nikolas, Samantha, Christopher, Jason, Cameron, Cathleen, Hannah, Andrew, Carly, Caroline, Ryan, Isabella, Charlie, Mariska, Oliver, Zigmond and Owen. Also survived by his brother Robert (Carol) Pearson and his sister-in-law Anne Sihler.
