Catherine "Kay" (Sukeena) Volk

Catherine "Kay" (Sukeena) Volk, 102, of Chester Heights, PA passed away peacefully on February 3, 2025.

Kay was the daughter of the late Raymond and Mary (Yarinka) Sukeena and was born in Jonestown, PA. She was a long time member of St. Eugene Parish who enjoyed being part of the church cleaning crew for many years. She loved spending time with family, singing, dancing, playing cards & doing puzzles. She had a spirit of generosity and loved to bring a smile to everyone she met. She brought much joy and happiness to many people. She felt that life was about what you can do to help others.

Beloved wife of the late Francis; Loving Mother of Michael (Cathy) Volk and Cindy (Kevin) O'Donnell; Cherished Grandmother to 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her granddaughter Colleen and also by her siblings;  Ann, Eve, Raymond, Rose, Jule, Peter & Esther. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces & friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing Friday, February 7, 2025 9:30am St. Eugene Church, 200 S. Oak Ave. Primos, PA 19018 and to her Funeral Mass, Friday 11am in the Church. Int. SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
