Carl Eugene Higgins

Carl Eugene Higgins, age 67 of Clifton Heights passed away peacefully on March 9, 2023.

Carl was born in Pottstown, PA. He graduated from Henderson High School in West Chester.

He was a member of Holy Cross Parish. He enjoyed cooking, fishing, his casino trips and was an avid Sports Fan. But his biggest love was his family.

Beloved husband of Rosemarie (Cutuli) Boyce-Higgins; Loving Father to Michael Higgins, Jeremy Higgins (Tina Bray), Jonathan Boyce (Katey), and Christina Boyce (Scott Konde); Cherished Grandfather to Emma Boyce, Aubree Boyce, Layne Boyce and Luca Higgins; Honorary Grandfather to John Peascheck. He is predeceased by his Father and Mother in-Law, Orlando and Vittoria Cutuli, whom he lovingly cared for.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Sunday, March 19, 2023 7-9pm and Monday 10am O'Leary Funeral Home, 640 E. Springfield Rd., Springfield, PA 19064. Funeral Service Monday, March 20, 2023 11am in the Funeral Home. Interment SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
