Barbara (Bordo) Stratton

Barbara Stratton, 69, of Drexel Hill (formally Springfield) passed away peacefully on June 24, 2024.  

Barbara was the daughter of the late Verdie and Joseph Bordo and was born in Philadelphia. She graduated from West Catholic High School. She was a member of Holy Cross Parish. She enjoyed spending time with her family, watching Philly sports and watching her game shows. She also loved a good party.  

Beloved wife of Tom Stratton; Loving Mother of Michelle Wolf (Dennis), Richard Stratton (Joan), L. Cathi Banks (Damon), Thomas Stratton and the late Barbara Hardman; Cherished Grandmother to Erin, Tommy, Cara, John, Keira, Lucy, Drew, Lindsay, Samantha, Reese and the late Shawn Hardman.  Also survived by her siblings, Shelley Bracken, Debbie Bordo and Joanne Molzer. She is predeceased by her sisters Andrea Chase and Patti Armideo. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins and more.  

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation, Friday, June 28, 2024 9:30am St. Dorothy Church, Township Line and Burmont Rd. Drexel Hill, PA 19026 and to her Funeral Mass 10:30am in the Church. Int. SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
