Angelina A. (DiRienzi) Testa

Angelina A. “Angie” (DiRienzi) Testa, 96 of Wallingford, PA formerly of Springfield passed away peacefully on July 27, 2023. Angie was the daughter of the late Rosalina (nee Zivello) and Anthony DiRienzi and was born in South Philadelphia. She was a graduate of South Philadelphia High School. 

Beloved wife of 51 years to the late Cosmo J. Testa. Devoted mother to Carolyn Burtch (Moe), Adolph Testa (Vicki), Christina O’Reilly (late Eddie), and Cynthia McMenamin (late John). Cherished Mom-Mom to 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Loving sister to Rita Baruffi (late John). Kind and generous aunt, friend, and neighbor to many.

Angie was always quick with a warm smile and a kind word. She is admired for her selflessness, gratitude, thoughtfulness, never complaining and be kind to everyone personality and her amazingly keen memory. Angie had a strong dedication to her faith. She attended mass almost daily at Holy Cross Church during her many years living in Springfield. Angie especially loved her titles of mom-mom and great mom-mom, cherishing hours spent around the dinner table for Sunday family dinners. Angie made many lifelong friends throughout the years, especially through her time working at Gimbels, Strawbridges, and Macy’s. She felt so blessed to have spent the last few years with her very special and loving friends and the incredible staffat Plush Mills in Wallingford, PA

Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing Tuesday 12pm Holy Cross Church, 651 E. Springfield Rd. Springfield PA 19064 and to her Funeral Mass 1:30pm in the Church. Burial SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery. In lieu of Flowers, contributions to Susan G. Komen for the Cure
