Aimee Carroll Ellis, 53, of Springfield, PA passed away peacefully on June 23rd, 2025 surrounded by her husband and children.
Aimee was the daughter of the late Joanne Huggard and Joseph Carroll and was born in Chester, PA. She graduated from Villa Maria Academy and Catholic University where she met so many lifelong friends and made memories she cherished.
Following College, Aimee went on to meet her loving husband, John Ellis. Aimee and John would marry and spend 29 amazing years together. They raised their four children; Jack, Megan, Colin, and Casey. Aimee was the best “dog mom” to her mini bernedoodle Archie. Aimee spent her life loving and caring for her family. She never missed an event or activity, she was so proud of all of their accomplishments.
While raising her family, Aimee went on to have a career in account management and sales that she loved at SAI360. She cherished the relationships she made at work.
Aimee lived life to the fullest, she had an infectious laugh and smile that would brighten anyone's day. She saw the good in everything. She enjoyed vacationing every summer in Sea Isle City with her family and friends, as well as her many girls trips. Aimee loved attending the football games in State College and cheering on the Phillies and Eagles, where she spent many great times tailgating with people she loved.
Aimee was the beloved wife of John; Devoted mother of Jack, Megan, Colin and Casey; loving sister of Joe Carroll (Lauren), step sister of Lisa Drakeley (John) and she was predeceased by her sister Katie, who passed away at 2 years old. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and more.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation Saturday June 28, 2025 8:30am Holy Cross Church, 651 E. Springfield Rd. Springfield, PA 19064 and to her Funeral Mass 11:00 am in the Church. Interment private.
