John R. Heim

John “Igus” R. Heim, 63, of Secane, PA passed away June 23, 2019. The father of Kerry (Shana) Heim  and John Heim. Brother to the late Winifred Gentile, Howard (Mauri) Heim, Patricia (the late John)Wills, Arthur Heim, Susan (Joseph) McIntosh and William Heim. The son of the late Howard and Winifred Heim. John was a retired manager from SEPTA Regional Rail. John, grew up in Upper Darby attended St Alice Elementary School, Monsignor Bonner and Upper Darby High School. He was an avid Philadelphia sports fan, Phillies and most especially the Eagles as a season ticket holder for decades. He enjoyed vacationing down the shore, listening to Classic Rock, especially the Eagles and The Who and cherished his childhood friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation Friday June 28, 9 A.M. O’Leary Funeral Home, 640 E. Springfield Rd, Springfield, PA and to his Funeral Service 11 A.M. Int. Holy Cross Cemetery
